What is closed?

While most of the stores will function normally, there are a couple of services that will not be opening. To begin with, banks will be closed on Sunday and Monday but will be back to normal hours on Tuesday, July 5th. Delivery services will also be taking a break as the workers enjoy the day with their friends and family.

As per Syracuse, trash and recycling collection will be delayed by one day, and city, county, state, and federal offices will be closed on Sunday and Monday. Meanwhile, the only big departmental store that will not be functioning tomorrow is Costco.
