Bedford-based SavATree makes Texas presence with merger

SavATree, the US-based tree and lawn care company headquartered in Bedford Hills, announced its merger with Preservation Tree Services, a Texas-based tree and lawn care company. Financial details of the merger were not disclosed. The merger adds three new locations to SavATree in Dallas, Fort Worth and Anna, Texas. “With the experienced people at Preservation Tree Services and their science-based, environmentally friendly approach, everything about Preservation Tree Services is a perfect fit for SavATree,” said Carmine Schiavone, CEO of SavATree. “By combining our two professional teams, we are able to deliver unparalleled service and outstanding results. We look forward to expanding into Texas and expanding that market. ”Preservation Tree Services has served the Dallas-Fort Worth and north-central Texas regions for nearly three decades. AJ Thibodeaux, Pauline Perry and Andy Spiegel, the company’s directors, will remain with SavATree after the merger to operate the sites along with their teams of arborists, technicians and office staff. “Our commitment to excellence in tree and lawn care has been the driving force behind our business from day one,” said Thibodeaux. “From our arborists to our office workers, we’ve built a team dedicated to serving our valued customers.
